STARTING PROGRESS PHOTO SUBMISSION

At the end of each month you will be required to 'check in' with me by filling out a form and submitting your progress photos. In the 'PROGRESS' tab I want you to submit your stats (body weight, measurements, etc.) however in your 'MONTHLY CHECK IN' I want you to tell me how you are progressing through your program beyond 'the numbers'. Please makes sure you check out the 'MONTHLY CHECK IN' tab before you start your program so you know what questions will be asked of you. Before you start your program please make sure that you submit starting progress photo's below.
  • Progress photos should be taken once per week, first thing in the morning after you go to the bathroom but before you have breakfast.
  • Progress photos should be take under the same lighting conditions. Consistency is the key to make an objective comparison and assessment.
  • Photos should be taken in swimwear or underwear so as to clearly display the physique from head-to-toe.
